Hello, I am the proud owner of Knotted Massage Therapy and I am taking a leap of faith starting out on my own! I believe in a well rounded massage using a variety of techniques and pressure to achieve your goal. In the practice of massage therapy one shoe does Not fit all and that’s why I emphasize the importance of listening to clients, to give a massage that is best fit for them. Weather that is a deep pressure therapeutic, gentle relaxation, or having a whole session only done side lying I am here to accommodate what you need! I have a special interest in surgical post op recovery as well as injuries causing restrictive movements. That being said the world of massage is vast and I will continue to grow my knowledge is other specialties throughout my career.
